We are fully committed to the protection of our customers' privacy. We take the utmost precautions to safeguard your information and do not sell our customer list. 

Pricing
Itsgood2bUS offers competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. If we have not priced an item yet, or if you want to make an offer, please email us. 

Most itsgood2bUS books listed on Amazon start at $5.00 + shipping.  We make about $2.00 after fees.  We use
the $2.00 to pay the tax man then the remaining pennies fund future adventures and inventory.  We may not be the cheapest option but keep in mind  your purchase is funding world exploration:-).

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your state’s tax commission or country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Testing
We strive to test/evaluate every item but, due to the nature and volume of our business, we can only test some of the items we offer for sale. As such, we sell untested items at a reduced price. If you would like an item to be tested please contact us for pricing. Please be aware that once tested, the value increases and the price may be adjusted to reflect the new condition.

Used condition: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but appears fully operational and functions as intended. 

Returns
All items being sold "as is" and all sales are final. 

Shipping
We offer shipping with FedEx and/or UPS. If you have a preference and would like an item shipped on your account with a particular carrier, we will try to
accommodate your request. The choice of shipping carrier is at the customer's discretion. We insure every small package shipped on our accounts for the full value of your purchase. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an item is shipped. Items weighing more than 60 lbs and oversized items are shipped via Freight. Charges for pallet and crate construction vary by item and will be quoted when you call. We can arrange and quote freight or the buyer can arrange transport themselves or with a carrier. All Freight charges are pre-paid and billed. 

We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (except Saturday, Sunday & Holidays). You will be notified via email or telephone if there are
any extended delays due to nationwide or international travel, merchandise availability, seasonal volume, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 

Taxes
When you buy items on the internet, by phone, or through mail-order catalogs, and they are shipped to you in idaho, the items are subject to sales tax.  Some retailers who do not have a  presence in Idaho are not required to collect Idaho sales tax.  If you are not charged Idaho sales tax on your purchases, you may owe a use tax.  Consult with the Idaho State Tax Commission for more details.  If we sell and ship to Idahoans, we must charge Idaho 6% sales tax.
  
 
International Orders
We are pleased to offer global shipping. Shipping rates reflect the actual shipping costs only. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.  Some inventory is available only to our US customers due to government restrictions. Please understand that all orders for restricted products will be canceled. 
 
Insurance/Lost & Damaged Goods
All items we ship on our accounts are insured for full value. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, customers may file a claim with the carrier within the
guidelines set by the individual carrier. The item must be in the original packaging to place a claim. Please take photos of the damage to help in the
claims process. We are happy to help facilitate the resolution of a claim in any way possible. 
 
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via email to cancel your order.

We do our best to describe each item and try to note and take pictures of cosmetic imperfections. Please read the description, look at images carefully, and ask questions prior to purchasing. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the product's fitness for their application.
